This notice explains what happens to the personal data you submit when applying to FOXY. Plain language on purpose — it is also referenced in every application and contract.
What we collect
Only what the application form asks for: your name, contact details, Telegram handle if you provide it, date of birth, city, optional measurements, and the photographs you choose to upload — plus your messages to us.
Why we process it
To review your application, contact you about it, and — if you are accepted — prepare your contract. We process your data because you consent to it in the form, and because these steps are taken at your request before a possible contract.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never use it for marketing, and never publish your photographs. Your application is not shared with studios without your written approval.
How long we keep it
Application data is stored securely and used for scouting only. There is no automatic deletion; unsuccessful applications are deleted on request, and you can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, restrict its use, or have it deleted at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Every request is answered within 30 days.
